Thrift shop starts summer hours

Staff reports

The Family Support Council Thrift Shop hours for the summer will change for the summer.

The shop will be nopen 9.a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning April 2. Saturday hours will remain the same, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A bag sale is planned for Thursday, April 5, and the price will be $3 per bag. Bags will be supplied.

“Also, every Thursday the Thrift Shop has a Mystery Day. The store manager decides that morning what items will be priced very low. Check you never know what you might find on sale on mystery days,” said Family Support Council Director Karen Edwards.

“Kim and Nancy would like to thank the entire community for all the wonderful donations that continue to be provided to our store. Families in need can receive items free of charge once they have visited with the Family Support Council Family Case Manager,” Edwards said.
