The Nov. 15 R-C Morning Report

County commissioners will discuss the second reading of the 911 surcharge at their Lake Tahoe meeting in Stateline 1:30 p.m. today.  The other big issue at today’s Lake meeting will be discussion of vacation home rentals survey and possibly taking the temperature for expanding those to the rest of the county. Commissioners meet at the Tahoe Transportation Center.

Today wraps up the Nevada Association of Counties conference in Carson Valley. I think they did the distillery on Wednesday night but I was indisposed, so I’m sure there will be a follow-up of some sort.

Speaking of which I got all 8 million stem cells back in a cocktail hour that I would say rivaled Cruise doing the Hippie Hippie Shake. This is the first day of the rest of my life that’s for dang sure.

Looks like more warm days and chilly nights for the Valley with highs of 61 degrees and lows in the teens.
