Rotary aims to help seniors

Tahoe Douglas Rotary Club is looking to help seniors for its annual Rotary at Work Day.

This year’s Rotary at Work Day will be held April 27. For their project, members are planning to go to individual seniors’ homes and help them with tasks such as changing light bulbs, changing batteries in smoke detectors and yard work. Any seniors who would appreciate such help are invited to contact the chairman of this project, Dan Oaks, at 775-790-0330 or Tim Buscher at 530-573-0575 as soon as possible.
