Pastel workshops offered at Lone Tree Gallery in January
January 17, 2012
Local artist Thaleia Georgiades is offering a series of one-day and two-day workshops in pastel painting. These short workshops are designed for all levels of painting experience. Georgiades is skilled in assessing where each student is in their artistic journey and helping him/her move to the next level through personal attention. Each student will be working on individual subjects of his/her choosing and all will share and learn through valuable group critiques of everyone’s work. Although the class demonstrations will be done in pastel, other mediums such as oil and acrylic are welcome. The principals taught in these workshops apply to all forms of painting.
