New culinary choices at Blind Dog Coffee Co.

Blind Dog Coffee Co. is expanding their menu to offer more dining options, with an emphasis on lunch and light dinner fare. The new selections are sure to “put a smile on your face and a wag in your tail.”

Made-to-order breakfast sandwiches are available every morning. Sandwiches feature egg, ham and tomato with your choice of Swiss or cheddar cheese on either wheat or sourdough bread. Also offered is a breakfast burrito special which includes eggs, sausage, bell peppers, onions and cheese. The hearty burrito is served with a large cup of coffee for just $4.

Several new grilled paninis are available, all served on ciabatta bread. The Italian boasts pastrami, salami, tomatoes, provolone cheese, pepperoncini and a balsamic dressing. The Orchard Brie includes smoked turkey, brie cheese, apples and honey mustard. The vegetarian version features Bennini Creamery organic cheese, mushrooms, onions, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and a pesto mayonnaise.

A new Greek salad is on the board. It includes romaine lettuce, feta cheese, kalamata olives and sun dried tomatoes with a vinaigrette dressing. A yummy bleu cheese wedge salad has also been added to the menu.

Soups are a big hit during the colder months, and Blind Dog offers a different soup special every day. Clam chowder is a favorite and may remain on the menu even as the weather warms. Chili is available on weekends.

Blind Dog Coffee Co. roasts all their own coffee. Owner/coffee roaster Mark Berry is happy to roast special orders for any occasion. Baristas Desiree and Yuliya have perfected the art of latte making and always incorporate a sweet little design into the perfectly frothed foam of their specialty drinks.
