Staff reports

Hilltop Community Church will host a special one-night engagement of David P. Dolan, noted Christian broadcast journalist, Feb. 14 at 7 p.m. The public is invited and admission is free.

The event will be held at Jacks Valley Elementary School on Jacks Valley Road, west of the Target store about one mile.

Dolan is said to have “hot,” inside information on what is happening in the Middle East. His career began in the early 1980s at the “Voice of Hope” radio facilities in southern Lebanon. At the peak of the Gulf War, he was an important voice as a correspondent for CBS Radio.

He has appeared four times on the 700 Club television program and does work periodically for the Moody Broadcasting and Salem Broadcasting networks. He is a freelance writer (Christian and secular) for many well-known publications, including Moody Monthly, Christianity Today, Prophecy Today (in Britain) and the Jerusalem Post.

Dolan’s books are sold internationally and are printed in seven languages. “Holy War for the Promised Lane,” “Israel at the Crossroads,” “The End of Days” and his most recent book, “Israel in Crisis: What Lies Ahead,” will all be available for purchase following the speaking engagement.

Dolan is traveling across the U.S., speaking in several major cities, discussing the most recent events taking place in Israel and the Middle East. He has a vast knowledge of the Old and New Testaments.
