Rotary is hosting Cow Chip Bingo at the Fairgrounds on Saturday. R-C Publisher Pat Bridges is selling tickets if you want to buy some.
Halloween is next weekend, but there’s lots of spooky stuff going on this weekend, including the Ghost Hunters at the library, a costume ball at the fair grounds and a spirit tour at the Dake House in Genoa. It’s chilly out this morning with temperatures below freezing in the bottomlands near the airport, where its 28 degrees. Up on the bench it’s 33 degrees, and in Fish Springs they’re seeing 39.
Expect the high temperature to hit 68 degrees with a southwest wind becoming calm in the afternoon. Sunday could be a bit breezy, but otherwise sunny and seasonally warm.
