Genoa, Nev. — County staff is seeking commission approval of a plan to spend $165,000 from the indigent fund to buy an ambulance for the East Fork Fire District at today’s meeting at Lake Tahoe.
It’s a short one today at one hour, but includes a proposal to spend $410,000 to replace the 911 Dispatch console and a plan to split the job titles of assistant county manager and chief financial officer. Commissioners meet 1:30 p.m. at the Tahoe Transportation Center in Stateline.

Douglas County School Superintendent Teri White will be at Meneley Elementary School tonight to talk about the district’s needs. The session starts at 6 p.m.
