Genoa, Nev. — Douglas County commissioners are meeting at noon today for a workshop on the results of the “Manage the County’s Checkbook” online survey at the Kahle Community Center in Stateline.
Glen Ratdke may have his appointment confirmed today at the county commissioners meeting 1:30 p.m. at the Tahoe Transportation Center. The Etchegoyhens are scheduled to update the county on the Douglas County Conservation Bill and commissioners will discuss approval of the five-year transportation plan. The meeting times out at just over two hours.
I hear you can get a meeting agenda in green in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, which my little reminder for the day.
One southbound lane of Highway 395 near 4th Street in Minden will be closed 7:30 p.m. tonight so crews can pour the foundation for a new crosswalk flasher for the Bently Enterprises crossing.
We might see some clouds on Sunday and maybe a little spring rain, but for today it will be sunny with a high temperature near 68 degrees, with the wind out of the east at 5 mph.
