The R-C Morning Report for March 10

County commissioners will hear a presentation on the draft recommendations of the Flood Control and Roads Task Force 11 a.m. at the Emergency Operations Center on County Road in Minden. No action will be taken at the session.
No one is reported injured in a wreck involving a pickup and a P.T. Cruiser reported at 5:35 p.m. near the Topaz Fire Station. The Cruiser was being towed when it rolled over onto its top.
A wind advisory is in effect through 7 p.m. today. Forecasters are expecting 25-40 mph south to southwest winds gusting to 55 mph, with 75 mph gusts in wind-prone areas. We could see power outages across the Valley, but most everything that could be blown away this winter has gone.
The weather looks mostly cloudy with a low around 40 and the high hitting 62. Rain is in the forecast tonight and through Friday.
