The R-C Morning Report for June 20
Genoa, Nev. — The subject of a two county manhunt is due to be arraigned in Douglas County District Court this morning. Both Joshua Albericci and his wife are denying he kidnapped her. He is expected to enter a not guilty plea to all charges today and have a trial date set.
Douglas County commissioners will dot the “i” on last Tuesday’s election when they canvass returns from the primary at 4 p.m. The meeting takes place at the Douglas County Courthouse.
Elks are hosting a steak grill 5-7 tonight at the lodge, 1227 Kmmerling Road in Gardnerville. They’re charging $14 a head.
In honor of the first day of summer, the high temperature is going to climb past 90 degrees and stay there for a bit. The weather service has the highs cooling off a bit at the end of the week, but I’m betting they don’t.
