The Young at Heart Gift Shop will be reopening today at 10 a.m. in the Douglas County Community & Senior Center.

Highway construction will close one southbound lane on Highway 395 near Industrial Way for two hours this morning. They’ll be wrapping up around 10:30 a.m.

If you’ve got business over the hill, best to take Highway 50. There are chain controls on Interstate 80 and the Mount Rose Highway this morning.

There’s a chance of snow out this morning, and then rain, snow mix. Expect a high near 41 degrees and the wind out of the southwest at 5 mph. If there is snow, don’t expect much.
