There’s an Amber Alert out for a Nevada mother who failed to return her three noncustodial children to their home in Caldwell, Idaho. Bertha Alicia Guerrero-Lopez was last seen in a 1986 gray Pontiac in Tonopah at 1 p.m. on Sunday and is believed headed south for Las Vegas with Esmerelda, Mirella and Ubaldo Guerrero-Lopez.

All government offices are closed today for Presidents Day. That means no school either, so keep an eye out for children crossing streets near the parks today.

There’s a chance of snow showers through 10 a.m. today, with mostly cloudy skies. Expect the high temperature to climb up to 49 degrees. By Wednesday, the high temperatures will crack 60 again.
