Sheridan Acres residents are asking county commissioners to unite the four Valley water systems operated by the county into one. In a letter to commissioners signed by 73 residents, they say the four systems can be consolidated without substantial price increase to either west or east valley users. Spokesman Tom Dunkelman said the request has been added to commissioners Nov. 3 agenda.

The annual spaghetti feed to raise money for Gardnerville’s Carson Valley Middle School is 6-8 p.m. in the multipurpose room. For the $6 admission you get live music, a silent auction and raffles. Cost for the whole family is $20. For more information, call 782-2265.
