Public invited to Democrats coffee
The Douglas County Democratic Party is hosting a coffee on Saturday, June 24, from 11 a.m to 2 p.m, at the Glenbrook home of Gail Turle.
The coffee will allow voters the opportunity to meet U.S. Senate candidate Ed Bernstein, Assembly District 39 candidate Willie Edwards, and Dr. Michelle Trusty-Murphy, candidate for State Board of Education.
An RSVP is necessary as security at Glenbrook needs to have authorization to allow guests entrance into the community. Hostesses will be Turle and Barbara Peregrine.
The coffee will be at 205 South Meadow Road, Glenbrook. Dress is semi-casual. For information and to make reservations, call (775) 749-5366.
