Stateline, Nev. — Authorities are looking for a man who put white tape on his face to rob the Kingsbury Grade U.S. Bank on Wednesday afternoon.

The robber is described as a white male in his mid-20s, 6-feet-tall with blonde hair.

Sheriff’s Sgt. Bernadette Smith said the tape on his ears may have been to hide large gauge type hoops.

He was last seen wearing a black fleece type jacket and blue jeans.

According to Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, the man entered the bank and passed a note to a teller. The suspect reportedly had a handgun.

There is an unknown loss at this point, Smith said. The details are still being obtained. The FBI is on scene.

The man might be on foot on Kingsbury Grade. Witnesses told investigators that a champagne colored hatchback was in the parking lot, but no one saw him get into it.
