No one treated in Airport-395 wreck

Staff Reports

No one was taken for medical treatment in a collision at Highway 395 and Airport Road on Saturday afternoon.

The wreck occurred when a vehicle stopped at Airport Road pulled into the path of a northbound vehicle on Highway 395, according to Trooper Duncan Dauber.

The intersection is scheduled to see an improvement to prevent that sort of accident sometime during the next year.

A rollover on Main Street in Gardnerville occurred when a driver left her lane and drove up onto the road edge.

The 2006 Subaru hit a cement sign and tipped over onto its right side, ending up on its top in the middle of the street.

The driver, a Los Angeles resident, was taken to Renown Regional Medical Center with a chest injury. She was wearing a seatbelt.
