Storage shelving are very rusty with clean utensils, dish ware and equipment stored on them.

No sanitizer bucket was set up for storage of wiping cloths, but no wiping cloths were stored; most wiping cloths were throughout the kitchen area or under equipment to prevent slippage. Provide multiple storage buckets with clean sanitizer solution and store cloths for use in them.

The inside of the microwave oven in the service area was very soiled.

The vent (no filter screen) over the mechanical dishwasher and the ceiling services around it were extremely soiled with a significant amount of dirt/dust/grease. Clean, sanitize and maintain.

The fire suppressor piping and tubes for electrical under the grill hood were extremely soiled with rust and dripping grease. This is a potential fire hazard; clean, sanitize and maintain.

Dry rot was observed in the services area under the ice bin on the floor.

Significant amounts of dust were observed on the ceiling of the kitchen area and the food preparation area.
