The cosmetology industry is offering the free program Look Good Feel Better to all women being treated for cancer.

Makeovers take place 2-3:30 p.m. Monday in the Hospital Conference Room of Carson Valley Medical Center in Gardnerville.

Each woman will receive a makeover, and take home a gift bag of cosmetics donated by nationally known manufacturers, as well as instruction on the use of scarves and hairpieces.

This is a partnership between the Personal Care Products Foundation, American Cancer Society and The Professional Beauty Association/National Cosmetology Association.

Dates are subject to change depending on need.

For more information, or to reserve a space, contact Susan Sanford at 782-1656 or 267-4308 or Sybil Dunagan at 265-2134.
