Family Support Council director resigns

Staff Reports

Family Support Council Board received a resignation notice from Executive Director Steve Decker on Oct. 26.

The Family Support Council Board has been in conversations to ensure that operations are kept intact and staff is supported. Current Program Director Veronica LaChance has been appointed as interim executive director and will serve until the Board finds a permanent replacement.

“It is very important to the Board that we support staff through this transition and we are confident we can continue to provide the same level of service to our clients,” said Tara Addeo, Board President. “We look forward to continuing to serve those who are in the most need of our services, and we will take this time to further access the needs of the organization and the community.”
