Elks deliver Christmas baskets

The Tahoe-Douglas Elks Lodge 2670 put together and delivered baskets to seniors in Carson Valley Saturday.

Members of the Tahoe-Douglas Elks Lodge 2670 assembled and delivered Christmas baskets to 10 senior families in Carson Valley on Saturday.

Items in the baskets included food, paper products, hygiene items, cookies and a lap quilt which was donated by members of the Carson Valley Quilt Guild. Chairman Bob Allgeier was assisted by Lee Hartwick.
