Deputies seek vehicle related to tire theft
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying the owner of the vehicle seeking person responsible for removing a tire and rim from a van.
At 11:30 p.m. June 22 someone driving what appears to be a two-tone full-sized Chevrolet Blazer or GMC Jimmy removed a tire and rim from a vehicle parked at 1246 Waterloo Lane, Washoe Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families office.
The vehicle is described as light color with a large dark stripe down the middle of the vehicle running from the headlights to the tail lights on both sides, with a single side step on both sides.
