Fidel Fuentes, 24, is being held on charges of possession of stolen property, obstructing an officer and a $10,000 warrant out of Carson City. – Puttin’ On The Ritz is a benefit dinner-dance and auction that the Family Support Council hosts each year. The fundraiser, held this year on March 24 at Genoa Lakes Golf Club, helps the non-profit pay for services such as running a 24-hour crisis line, crisis intervention counseling, women’s support group, parenting skills and education courses.
