Antique tractor show this weekend

Sixty antique tractors and more than two-dozen antique engines will be chugging away just off Pine Nut Road this weekend for the 18th annual Carson Valley Antique Tractor & Engine Show.

The show is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at 1000 East Valley Road.

In addition to the tractors, there will be a swap meet, a tractor pull, parade, games and children’s activities.

There will also be tractor games such as corn planting and toilet seat tossing.

There will also be a swap meet of tractor-related and other items.

Shuttles to the show are available from the parking lot off Pinenut Road.

Cost is $5 for adults, and free for children. Entrants receive a $2 off coupon good for use in the store for T-shirts, hats and buttons.
