n A California man purchased the gun he used to shoot two deputies the same day as the deadly confrontation Saturday afternoon in the Harrah’s Diamond Lounge. Harvey James Ex, 53, of Sunset Beach, Calif., used a loophole in the Brady Bill to purchase two antique weapons, one of which he drew on deputies when they responded to the casino on a call of a despondent, suicidal and armed subject.
