Klauber Ranch project delayed due to error
December 10, 2018
A typographical error in one of the parcel numbers listed in a proposal to build home on a site south of Muller Lane has resulted in a delay to hear the item.
“The Klauber Ranch Zoning Map Amendment for a Clustered Development Overlay, Tentative Subdivision Map, and variance requests will be continued to the Jan. 8, 2019, Planning Commission meeting and the time will be announced at a later date,” County spokeswoman Melissa Blosser said Monday.
Park Cattle is seeking to build 187 homes southwest of the intersection of Muller Lane and Highway 395.
The project would be located on 112 acres east of the Carson River’s East Fork, and relies on the transfer of development rights from 3,572 acres of land in Topaz.
