Kathy Zavada set for Unity concert
Inspirational performing and recording artist Kathy Zavada will appear in concert at the Unity Church of Today in Genoa on Sunday, Oct. 29, at 7 p.m. Zavada is internationally known as an accomplished singer and pianist and a prolific song writer, producing seven CDs in the past 10 years, two of which have been on numerous best seller lists.
She tours worldwide, sharing her music in concerts, retreats, workshops and church services as a means to inspire a deeper opening of the heart, a deeper sense of spirituality, to bring about healing and to encourage a united humanity. Reviews of her performances have included many favorable comments.

Zavada’s musical style includes spiritual and devotional songs, light jazz, blues and ragtime. She is presently producing and arranging songs for a national PBS concert to be aired in early 2001. For those interested in a preview of Zavada’s artistry, she will be the guest musician at the Unity Church of Today’s Sunday services at 9 a.m and 10:30 a.m. in the Genoa Community Church, For the concert, a donation of $10 is suggested.
Unity Church of Today meets regularly at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Sundays in the Genoa Community Church and has a youth church in a nearby facility.
