Historical society to hold collectibles sale in May
On Saturday, May 13, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Carson Valley Historical Society will hold the first of the year’s antiques and collectibles sale on the front lawn of the Carson Valley Museum and Cultural Center, 1477 Highway 395, Gardnerville.
Rental spaces are still available and open to dealers and the public. Several of the regular vendors will be back, and a few new ones have already signed up. There will be glassware, furniture, jewelry, coins, kitchenware and many other collectible items for sale.
The rental fee is $25 and must be paid prior to sale day for a 10 foot by 10 foot space. Pick up applications in the gift shop.
The historical society will have a used book sale table, and food and refreshments will be available for purchase.
