Former CV Girls Softball President Neil Hill Citizen of the Year

Former Carson Valley Girls Softball Association President Neil Hill was named Citizen of the Year by the Carson Valley Active 20-30 Club on Saturday.
The overall parade float winner was Carson Valley Swim Center.
