Douglas automotive students get close look at Tesla 3

Western Nevada College provided Douglas High School automotive mechanics students with a recent tour of the Carson City campus, including departments within Career and Technical Education.
Students specifically toured manufacturing, machine tool Technology, Welding, Construction, Computer Information Technology and Automotive Mechanics facilities and learned about each area from instructors Jason Spohr, Emily Howarth, Dave Riske, Nigel Harrison, David Fulton and Randy Naylor.
As part of the manufacturing and Tesla presentations, students were able to sit in and learn about the technology of the 2018 Tesla Model 3.
