Didn’t win the lottery
I recently received a letter from Madrid, Spain, saying an agent had purchased a block of tickets to the Euro Millions Lottery and my ticket won $2.5 million.
All I had to do was send $1,158 to the cashier of La Caixa Bank in her name.
I was advised by the U.S. Postal Service that no legitimate lottery should ask you for money to claim your prize.
I reported this to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and didn’t answer any phone calls or emails from Spain.
If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
