Jeremi J. Schortgen, 39, owes around $100,000 in child support payments. In March his sentencing was continued for two weeks to allow defense attorney Derrick Lopez more time to try to contact Schortgen. Lopez said Monday he still has been unable to contact his client.
Schortgen had previously admitted to failing to pay child support, and he was placed on probation for five years on the condition he make payments.

Melissa A. White, 38, was arrested in August of 2016 after 3.7 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, paraphernalia for both drugs, hypodermic devices, baggies and money were found in her vehicle. Her teenage son was in the car with her at the time and also had drug paraphernalia on him.
She was charged with child neglect, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell, possession of a hypodermic device and failure to wear a seatbelt or use a turn signal.
White was granted probation, but she was re-arrested in March for violating her probation after she sold several grams of methamphetamine in four separate transactions.
Her sentencing is set for June 5.
