A coyote crossing Upper Lake Parkway was blamed for a single-vehicle crash about 5:20 a.m. Thursday, according to a report filed with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
A 25-year-old Zephyr Cove woman was driving east on the road behind MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa when she swerved to avoid a coyote, according to a deputy's report.
