Corley Pumpkin Patch opens Saturday

Corley Ranch Pumpkin Patch opens for the season Saturday, and will continue 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. every weekend in October.
Pick-your-own pumpkins are available for purchase as well as a petting zoo of farm animals, pig races, hay wagon rides, gymnastics by Tumbleweeds and food and craft vendors.
Tickets can also be purchased for train rides, miniature golf, pony rides and a chance at the giant sling shot.
As always, the country store will be open with selections of jams and jellies as well as pre-picked pumpkins and gourds.
Weekday hours are 11 a.m.-5 p.m. and include pumpkin sales and access to the country store.
Class trips and parties are also available upon request.

Admission prices are $6 for adults and $5 for senior and children 3-17.
Corley Ranch is a working ranch that includes raising cattle, farming and growing pumpkins and hay.
The ranch is located at 859 Highway 395 in Gardnerville.
