Chase names new agents in office
Chase International recently announced Annette Brooks, Diane Pepka, and Jessica Forst have joined their Carson Valley office in Minden.
Committed to whatever she sets her mind to, with her full attention to the tasks at hand, Annette Brooks settles for nothing less than success for her clients, family, and friends; all of whom will tell you that she works tirelessly to always be available to offer sound advice wrapped with her iconic upbeat and personal touch.
“I got into the real estate business to help people realize their real estate dreams,” said Brooks. “I am motivated by the opportunity and trust that each client gives me to do just that.”
Throughout her life, Brooks has worked extensively in new home construction and subdivision development. From site excavation to the final walk through, she has refined her knowledge to serve her clients’ every need and dream.
As a native Nevadan raised in the Carson Valley, Brooks also draws on her extensive local insight, sphere of influence, and history of market sales trends. All combined, her intuition, sales and marketing experience, and hard work reflect the reasons why she was the Realty Executive’s “#3 Top Producer” and “Realtor of the Year in 2018.”
When time allows, Brooks enjoys mentoring young women and finding time for family and personal growth.
Well known for her commitment to her clients, community, and church, Diane Pepka is a perfect match for the real estate business. She’s a long-time resident of the Carson Valley and pairs that local knowledge with her broad understanding of the local housing market.
She also owned her own design business and worked with one of the area’s most prestigious home builders. Today, she applies this breath of intelligence to assist her clients who seek to sell or find the perfect place to call home.
“Throughout every step, my clients can rest assured that I sincerely cared about their interests and worked hard to fulfill their every need,” said Pepka whose compassionate approach is well-balanced with an unwavering persistence to exceed her clients’ every expectation.
Throughout each day, Pepka continually finds time to help others live a good life. She’s a well-respected facilitator of the Women’s Group at her church and is a dedicated member of its Prayer Team. Within this high-spirited lifestyle, Pepka always finds time for family time exploring the magnificent Carson Valley with her children and grandchildren by her side.
When it comes to her real estate career, Jessica Forst appreciates every moment to use her skills to help others live a good life in a town that she’s proud to call “home.”
As a graduate of Douglas High School and Gardnerville resident for many years, she offers a true local’s insight on the benefits of living and working in a small-town environment.
Her background includes over a decade of experience in the finance industry. Within each position she refined her understanding of the importance of clear communication and only the finest level of service.
“I want to help my clients achieve their investment goals or acquire their dream home. In doing so, I will provide them with my extensive knowledge and my greatest efforts,” said Forst.
Although working with Forst may initially seem like “business as usual,” it will not be long until her clients throughout the West will understand that she just loves her job and takes each transaction very personally. She also adores every moment in her life that includes raising her active son and Boston terrier puppy and remaining active year-round throughout the great outdoors.
