Estate of Mona Lee Zumwalt, deceased, will sell
at private sale to the highest and best bidder (net to the estate) upon the terms and conditions
hereinafter mentioned, and subject to confirmation by the above-entitled Court on July 1, 2025 (or within one year thereafter), at 1:30 p.m., at the 9th Judicial District Court, 1038 Buckeye Rd., Minden, Nevada 89423, all right, title, and interest of said Mona Lee Zumwalt, deceased, at the time of her death, in and to the real and personal property located at 2866 Rio Vista Drive Minden, Douglas County, Nevada (APN #1420-28-312-001), more particularly described as follows, to wit:
