REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
NOTICE is hereby given that Jeffery Malcolm Hershkowitz is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of the Hershkowitz Family 2023 Revocable Living Trust. The Grantor/Settlor of the Trust, Elaine Marie Hershkowitz, died on January 8, 2025.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Grantor/Settlor of the estate must file a claim with Kalicki Collier, PLLC, at 5355 Kietzke Lane, Suite 100, Reno, NV 89511, within ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
