Warrants were issued on Wednesday for two women involved in what authorities described as an organized theft ring.

Jennifer Laura Vasquez and Rosario Quinonez-Garcia were scheduled to appear in court after their release.

East Fork Justice of the Peace Laurie Trotter issued a $10,000 warrant for Quinonez-Garcia , 44, and a $5,000 warrant for Vasquez, 27, after their attorneys acknowledged they were not in court or online.

Manuel Para Lopez , 24, and Gerson Arango, 31, the two men arrested on April 14 after a theft at the Famous Footwear in Carson Valley Plaza, remain in custody on immigration holds.

Lopez is accepting a plea offer from prosecutors that would see him admitting to a charge of attempted burglary of a business with the possibility of diversion.

Arango’s case was continued a week while he and his attorney discuss the offer from the state. Both men required the help of a Spanish interpreter.

Both are due back in court on April 30.

• A California man waived extradition back to Riverside County on a fugitive warrant.

Dionicia Briceno, 32, was arrested late Tuesday night.

He is also facing a charge of failure to register as an ex-felon.

According to court documents, he’s wanted for absconding from probation in a 2017 robbery.
