155.020, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on
April 7, 2025, MATTHEW MILES MCPHEE
and THOMAS RUSSELL VANDER LAAN
have been appointed and qualified by the
Ninth Judicial District Court of the State of
Nevada, In and For the County of Douglas,
as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate
of Decedent, ALLAN EDWARD MCPHEE,
deceased.
All creditors having claims against the estate
are required to file the claims with the clerk
of the court within sixty (60) days after the
mailing or the first publication (as the case
may be) of this Notice.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that
the preceding document does not contain the
Social Security Number of any person.
