District Tentative and Final Budget for
Fiscal Year 2025 – 2026

Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, April 10, 2025, beginning at 9:00 A.M., the Board of Trustees of the Logan Creek Estates General Improvement District will hold a public hearing on the tentative and final budget for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 2025. The public hearing will be held at “Untethered” at 195 U.S. Highway 50, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448. The budget has been prepared in such detail and on appropriate forms as prescribed by the Nevada Department of Taxation. Copies of the tentative budget are on file and available for public inspection via email at maryloganmartineau@gmail.com, beginning on Monday, 04/07/25.
