Notice is hereby given that the Minden Gardnerville Sanitation District, hereinafter referred to as the āOwnerā, is issuing this RFQ (through RCI, District Engineer) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms qualified to act as a CMAR for the Minden Gardnerville Sanitation District 2025 Lining Project in Minden, NV. The Owner invites interested firms to reply to this RFQ by submitting a responsive SOQ documenting the qualifications and experience of the firm with similar projects relevant to the Scope of Work. All SOQs must be received by the due date and time at the submittal location specified herein. Any SOQ received after the due date and time assigned will not be considered. All information regarding the content of the specific submittals will remain confidential until a contract is finalized, or all submittals are rejected.Ā
Project will include the rehabilitation or replacement of approximately 25 sanitary sewer manholes and lining repair of approximately 7,850 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipeline. All work is to be conducted while maintaining operation of the system and operation of US Hwy 395 and State Hwy 88.Ā
Certification:Ā Prior to submitting a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) the consultant shall email the Project Manager at the email address listed below and receive confirmation from the Project Manager of the consultantās intent to submit an SOQ. This is to ensure that all consultants will receive any addenda prior to the submittal deadline.Ā
