APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92239
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the
15th day of November 2022 Snug Harbor
Water Co-op of Zephyr Cove, Nevada made
application to the State Engineer of Nevada
for permission to change the point of
diversion and place of use of 0.0015 c.f.s.,
0.5 a.f.a. of water heretofore appropriated
under Permit 86502. Water will be diverted
from Lake Tahoe at a point located within
Lot 3 Section 34, T14N, R18E, MDB&M or
at a point from which the N1/4 corner of said
Section 34 bears N 21 degrees 07 minutes
E, a distance of 3,665.4 feet (approx. 5 miles
South of Glenbrook, NV). Water will be used
for quasi-municipal purposes from January
1st to December 31st of each year. The
existing point of diversion was located within
Lot 1 Section 19, T16N, R18E, MDB&M or at
a point from which the SW corner of Lot 4 of
said Section 19 bears S 27 degrees 54 minutes
50 seconds W, a distance of 4,942.78
feet. Water was used for quasi-municipal
purposes from January 1st to December 31st
of each year.
