During my two terms as Nevada’s attorney general and chief law enforcement officer, I worked to keep our communities safe. I cracked down on crime, protected consumers, and worked closely with local law enforcement. I made it my mission to stand up for vulnerable women and girls, leading the fight to break up sex trafficking rings by passing a landmark law to make sex trafficking a felony crime, ensuring victims of domestic and sexual violence had the right to sue their captors, and expanding the sex offender registry to protect kids.
In the United States Senate, I have worked with both Democrats and Republicans to deliver for Nevadans. During the pandemic, I made sure Nevada got the federal support it needed, and then I worked to pass the bipartisan infrastructure package that is creating thousands of new, good-paying jobs and will help us combat our wildfire crisis.
There’s still work to be done, and I am going to continue collaborating with colleagues on both sides of the aisle to lower costs for Nevada families, ensure our economy continues to rebound, and bring American jobs back from overseas.

My priority as senator is to serve the people of Nevada and represent their interests in Washington. I advocate on behalf of all Nevadans to expand access to health care, lower costs, strengthen our economy, improve our education system, and ensure each Nevadan is afforded every possible opportunity to succeed.

I’m running for re-election because Nevadans deserve a senator who will continue to cut through gridlock and dysfunction in Washington and deliver real results for our families. Right now, my focus is creating jobs, lowering costs, and giving Nevadans a break.
There are thousands of jobs coming to our state through our bipartisan infrastructure law, which will fix our roads and bridges. Infrastructure isn’t just roads and bridges, though – I made sure that law included critical funding to combat our wildfire crisis and help connect all of our communities by expanding broadband. I've also worked with Republicans to set up a domestic supply chain for critical minerals, helping us compete with the Chinese government while creating jobs in Nevada.
But I know our job isn’t done. That’s why I’m pushing for an all-of-the above approach to bring down prices. That includes lowering health care costs through prescription drug negotiation and capping the cost of lifesaving drugs like insulin, bringing down gas prices, and increasing middle class housing availability.
I am proud to serve as Nevada’s senator, and I will continue to do everything I can to create jobs, lower costs, and make sure our economy works for everyone.
What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?
As Nevada’s attorney general, I worked closely with our Republican governor to combat human trafficking in our state and keep Nevadans safe, and I’ve taken that same approach in the Senate. I’ve passed dozens of bills that have been signed by President Biden and President Trump. These measures have made a difference in Nevada by rescuing our economy during the pandemic, providing local law enforcement officers with resources for training and equipment, and creating good-paying Nevada jobs.
No state was hit harder by the pandemic than Nevada, and I took bold action to save our economy and help Nevada families. I secured relief to help more than 118,000 Nevada businesses stay open, as well as funding to pay police, firefighters, and first responders. We helped schools reopen safely and quickly. I ensured Nevada’s tourism industry got more aid given the pandemic’s impact, and when Nevadans were struggling to make rent and pay for their mortgages during the pandemic, I made sure to deliver emergency housing relief so they could stay in their homes.
I’ve worked across the aisle to combat human trafficking and combat the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous women, passing two bills that were signed by President Trump. Working with Republicans, I passed a law to address the epidemic of law enforcement suicide and secured historic funding for Nevada’s local law enforcement departments.
This past year, I’ve delivered funding to fight wildfires and give our federal firefighters a much-deserved pay increase. I’ve also worked with Republicans and Democrats to get a new veterans cemetery in Elko after 10 long years of Nevada veterans waiting for its approval.
I am running for re-election so I can continue serving the people of Nevada and working to move our state – and our country – forward.

A senator's core duties represent the will of the people and average American by include introducing new bills and voting on new bills, resolutions, amendments, motions, nominations, and treaties. They are also a figurehead in their respective communities.
A brief statement about your platform
I promise to do what I think every politician should, however very few actually do; that is to approach every bill, be it Democrat, Republican, or Independently introduced, as if it was non-partisan. I do not think it should matter which side of the isle a bill or amendment comes from, if it is good for America and Americans I will vote to pass it, and if not I won't. I also believe that, despite their best, too many politicians are attempting to pass bills at a breakneck speed in case the power tips the other direction and I feel average Americans are facing the unintended consequences, we must put an end to this. I also promise to bring the issues facing Nevada such as our water crisis at Lake Mead to the forefront until a solution is found.
What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?
As a Bartender on the Las Vegas strip and a member of Union Local 165 for over a decade I have had an unique opportunity to talk to people from all over the world and from all walks of life and understand their points of view. Over a decade's worth of locals, tourists, and convention attendees who work in every professional field imaginable have given me their completely unfiltered opinions on past and current policies and events. This is what makes me the most qualified candidate to represent the average American, because I am an average American, know average Americans and understand their problems.

Shaping the nation's laws, forwarding legislation for the betterment of the American citizenry (at least that's should be the goals) confirming ambassadorships, advice & consent duties regarding the seating of federal judges/ judges to SCOTUS, a strong check on war powers that a president doesn't use it without the full authority of congress (a responsibility over the last 22 years congress has abrogated).
A brief statement about your platform
I'm running on a platform of long overdue 'reparations' for Native Americans & African Americans. For the betterment of the lives of working class people (blue collar, no collar, those living in a state of homelessness). For the complete alleviation of student debt (all $1.6 trillion -not a mere $10,000 per student).
To save the one planet shared by the current 7.8 billion human beings from climate disaster/ecocide (climate change is a real and present danger to all of humanity). The purposeful denial of its destructive effects are rooted entirely in the profit motive - nothing more. those doing it don't care because they won't be around when the planet warms (irreversibly to 3 degrees Celsius) In all reality - it's already too late to reverse what's happened. Preparations need to be made for the impact of the irreversible damage already done (an immediate stop to deforestation & the planting of 1.3 trillion new trees around the world in key locations).
To embark on a massive public housing program - here in the state of Nevada we need about 150,000 rent controlled rental units for low income Nevada citizens.
What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?
A politician must be far more than their political positions but their own human internal architecture has to be in line with the current human state of affairs not policies from yesterday year (imperialistic/Cold War era objectives) - how they perceived need, mine is of a progressive stripe. I have a foreign policy skillset well fitted for the foreign policy nightmares that our country has embarked upon - namely making enemies of major world powers (3 three of which are nuclear armed nations) -The Russia Federation, the People's Republic of China, The Democratic People's Republic of North Korea/DPRK, The Islamic Republic of Iran.
Nuclear war is unwinnable and will be the end of human civilization and the number one target for a nuclear strike will be our state of Nevada (home to Nellis Air Force Base). The Las Vegas Valley and all of its inhabitants will cease to exist after a nuclear strike.
