NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION

FOR PROBATE AND ISSUANCE OF

LETTERS TESTAMENTARY

Notice is hereby given that Cindy Osorio

has filed in this Court a Petition for Probate

and Issuance of Letters Testamentary on

the Estate of Barbara L. Arp aka Barbara

Lee Arp, deceased, and a hearing has been

set for May 23, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at the

courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All

persons interested in the Estate are notified

to appear and show cause why the Petition

should not be granted.

The petition requests authority to

administer the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid

the need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause is

shown why it should not be.
