Notice is hereby given that petitioner Kathleen Amber Emery, by and through her attorney John S. Bartlett, Esq., has filed in this court a petition for the probate of the Last Will and Testament of Rosemarie B. Lane, aka Rosemari Lane, for the issuance of Letters Testamentary, and for the Regular Administration of the estate of Rosemarie B. Lane, deceased, and a hearing has been set for the 12th day of April, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., in Department 1 of the Ninth Judicial District Court, 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
