NOTICE OF ENTRY OF ORDER
TO: ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON
March 03, 2022, an Order was entered
approving the Water Master’s budget for
2021-2022, creating an assessment to
replenish the fund heretofore established to
pay the expenses of conducting the Water
Master’s Office, apportioning the costs
thereof, providing the manner and method
of collection thereof, and directing the
distribution of the waters of the Carson River
when necessary.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that
pursuant to said Order, an assessment in
the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($390,000.00)
was created with the water users within the
Truckee-Carson Irrigation District to pay
one-fifth (1/5) thereof, and the balance to be
paid by the water right holders on the Carson
River on a pro rata basis of FIVE DOLLARS
AND NO CENTS ($5.00) per acre according
to the water righted acreage possessed by
said water users.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that
said payments are to be made to the
Water Master on or before the 30th day of
April 2022, with a minimum charge being
assessed any water user in the sum of not
less that FIFTY DOLLARS AND NO CENTS
($50.00).
