NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that JOHN S. PEKAR is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the Pekar Living Trust, dated May 23, 2011, and any amendments thereto. Settlor FAYE RUTH PEKAR died on May 31, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor or Trust Estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of the first publication of this Notice.
