NOTICE is hereby given that PINE VIEW ESTATES HOMEOWNERS’

ASSOCIATION has petitioned the Minden-Gardnerville Sanitation District

for negotiations for a contract of service of the below described lands into

the Minden-Gardnerville Sanitation District.

All that real property situates in the County of Douglas, State of Nevada,

described as follows:

All those parcels of land located within a portion of Section 5, Township

11 North, Range 21 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, lying north of the

northeasterly line of U.S. Highway and located within the Pine View

Estates Development Units 1 through 6, being more particularly

described as follows:

1. APN 1121-05-501-003;

2. All those parcels shown on the Amended Record of Survey

for Pineview Development, Unit No. 1, recorded on March

8, 2000 as Document No. 487625 of the Douglas County

Recorder’s Office, being APN’s 1121-05-510-001 through -030

and 1121-05-510-033 through -035;

3. All those parcels shown on the Amended Record of Survey

for Pineview Development, Unit No. 2, recorded on April 17,

2001 as Document No. 512460 of the Douglas County

Recorder’s Office, being APN’s 1121-05-511-001 through

-022;

4. All those parcels shown on the Amended Record of Survey

for Pineview Development, Unit No. 3, recorded September

10, 2002 as Document No. 551762 of the Douglas County

Recorder’s Office, being APN’s 1221-05-512-001 through

-037;

5. All those parcels shown on the Amended Record of Survey

for Pineview Development, Unit No. 4, recorded December

23, 2002 as Document No. 561783 of the Douglas County

Recorder’s Office, being APN’s 1221-05-513-001 through -030

and 1221-05-513-033 through -035, and 1121-05-514-001

through -008;

6. All those parcels shown on the Record of Survey for Pineview

Development, Unit No. 5, recorded on July 26, 2004 as

Document No. 619666 of the Douglas County Recorder’s

Office, being APN’s 1121-05-515-001 through -030 and 1121-

05-515-033 through -045;

7. All those parcels shown on the Record of Survey for Pineview

Development, Unit No. 6, recorded on September 26, 2005 as

Document No. 655937 of the Douglas County Recorder’s

Office, being APN’s 1121-05-516-001 through -030 and 1121-

05-516-033 through -050.

The Board of Trustees has rescheduled the public hearing for Tuesday,

July 5, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. at the offices of the Minden-Gardnerville

Sanitation District located at 1790 Hwy. 395, Minden, Nevada as the time

and place to hold a meeting open to the public and to vote on the above

contract of service.
