 INVITATION TO BID 

Sierra East Homeowners Association 

Water Supply Wells: Construction and Rehabilitation 

Sealed bids for the Water Supply Wells: Construction and Rehabilitation project for Sierra East Homeowners Association (SEHOA) will be received at the Engineer’s Office: 

R.O. Anderson Engineering, Inc. 

1603 Esmeralda Avenue 

Minden, NV 89423 

Bids must be received prior to 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, June 30, 2022; bids will be subsequently opened and read aloud by a representative of the Owner. 

Prospective Bidders shall be licensed Contractors in the State of California, and qualified pursuant to California Code of Regulations Section 13800, et seq. and the requirements of Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board. 

The work, located in Coleville, CA includes drilling and construction a new domestic well, and rehabilitation an existing well, and well development and testing as indicated on the plans and specifications. 

Each Bid shall be accompanied by bid security as described in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a bid security in the form of a cash, a Certified or Cashier’s Check, or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid. 

Plans, Specifications, and Bid Documents may be examined or obtained at the Issuing Office after 1:00 p.m. on June 22, 2022. Bidders must register with the Issuing Office as Official Plan Holders; the non-refundable cost of each set of documents is $ 75.00. The Issuing Office is located at:

Questions regarding this project shall be directed to: Mr. Robert Anderson, PE, R.O. Anderson Engineering. 

A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site at 2:00 p.m., June 22, 2022. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is recommended, but not mandatory. 

SEHOA reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the apparent best qualified Bidder to such an extent as may be necessary. Omission of, or improper completion of any of the Bidding Documents, will be considered as a reason for rejection of the Bid.
