Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
is the duly appointed and qualified Successor
Trustees of the Armstrong Family Revocable Trust, u.t.d. 4/17/20, Philip Garland
Armstrong, the Settlor of that trust died
on 20 July 2022 and Claire M. Armstrong,
Trustor of that trust died on 31 August 2021.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust
estate must file the claim with Natasha Avila
at 6771 Bonillo Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada
89103 within ninety (90) days after the first
publication of this notice.
